1. Who we are

galactic-wins-casino.ca is an editorial affiliate website. We operate from Toronto, Canada, and are subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We are not the operator of Galactic Wins online casino; that operator is Green Feather Online Limited under MGA licence MGA/B2C/445/2017.

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run the site and improve it:

• Anonymous analytics — page views, time on page, country and device class, via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled.
• Affiliate click data — when you click a link to Galactic Wins, our tracker records the click in aggregate (timestamp, source page). The casino's tracker then handles any subsequent action on their side.
• Form data — if you write to us via the contact page, we receive your email, name (if provided) and message contents. Stored only as long as needed to respond.

We do not collect government IDs, banking information, gambling activity, login credentials or device fingerprints beyond what GA4 records.

3. Cookies

4. Third parties

Three categories of third party may receive data:

• Google (Analytics 4) — anonymised usage data.
• Affiliate networks — when you click outbound CTA links, the destination network receives the click. We do not control their privacy practices.
• Email provider — messages submitted via contact forms are stored on standard business email (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).

We do not sell data to advertisers, brokers or anyone else. We do not run a retargeting pixel.

5. Your rights under PIPEDA

As a Canadian visitor you have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent for analytics tracking (use browser-level opt-out or our cookie banner).
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe we have mishandled data.

6. Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, then auto-deleted. Contact-form messages are retained 12 months after the last reply. Affiliate click data is retained 24 months for accounting and reconciliation, in aggregate (no personal identifiers).

7. Security

The site runs on HTTPS with TLS 1.3. Server-side data is stored on Canadian infrastructure with industry-standard access controls. We do not transmit personal data unencrypted.

8. Children

This site covers regulated gambling. It is intended for adults of legal gambling age (19+ in most Canadian provinces, 18+ in AB/MB/QC). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and post a notice on the home page for at least 30 days.
